Nail Envy is the perfect base for any nail lacquer during a manicure or pedicure with it's opaque matte finish or can be worn alone. Apply to fortify and harden thin, brittle natural nails, apply two coats of Matter. Followed by a one-coat application every other day (instructions are enclosed).
