Pumpkin Martini

I love pumpkin! Especially around this time of year and this pumpkin martini is perfect for holiday parties or when you need to have a drink after those holiday family gatherings *giggles*.

Ingredients 

• 1/2c Ice
• 1oz Vanilla vodka
• 1.5oz Creme liqueur (Like Rumchata)
• 1/3c Half and half
• 3tsps Pumpkin puree
• 1tsp Pumpkin pie spice
• Cinnamon & sugar
• Caramel Syrup
• Finely Crushed graham cracker for the rim

Let's Get To It:

In a blender combine ice, vodka, creme liqueur, half and half, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and blend until smooth. Mix crushed graham crackers with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl. Pour caramel syrup onto a small plate and dip the rim of your cocktail glass. Roll the rim of your cocktail glass in the graham cracker mixture, pour the pumpkin martini in the glass and drink up.
