How I Beat Winter Dry Skin

Those dry peeling hang nails were ruining my perfectly manicured stiletto nails! While the temperature had been only down around 40-50 degrees it wasn't quite cold enough yet for me to break out the gloves and just hide my hands until the whole ordeal was over. So I had to act fast to get my nail game back on point. To rid myself of the hangnails I first had them clipped during weekly manicure. Once the hangnails were removed I still had pretty dry cracked nail beds. So then I started massaging coconut oil (one of my beauty staples) into my cuticles twice a day and in about two weeks my hands and nails were soft and hangnail free! Bye bye dry hands! I've been using the coconut oil once a day for maintenance.
To get my lips back to being lipstick ready I applied a thick coat of Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask over night. The next morning I used a clean wash cloth to gently exfoliate my lips and reveal the new smooth skin! This is honestly the best lip balm/ lip mask I have ever used. I usually use it as a lip balm as well because it's ultra hydrating and makes applying my lipstick much smoother. Head over to your local Sephora and give it a try... Thank me later!

That dry flaky skin around my nose made me feel sooo gross! Like a molting snake or something so it definitely had to go! First I steamed my face then gently exfoliated my skin using to remove the top layer of flakes. I followed up with Fresh Rose Face Mask, a rich hydrating formula. It has a soft rose scent, brown gel texture and feels so good on my skin. After my facial I applied my normal moisturizer and it was time for my beauty rest. The next morning I woke up to a healthy, hydrated glow! Now Fresh Rose Face Mask is part of my winter skin care regimen. I highly recommend it if you have dry skin or are like me and just suffering from icky winter dry skin.
